Find Convertible Car Rentals in Orlando

The only full-size cars they had available were 4 door pickup trucks. This is not a full-size car where we come from - they gave us a mid-size SUV for no extra charge.

Enterprise was great to work with. We picked up with a mess. He got us all set and ready to go. When we dropped off, I was unsure what to do at the airport but both Gabriel and. Salvador were very helpful.

Sixt is not user-friendly to your platform and refused to make changes to a pre-paid.car.

When I reserved a full size car, I was under the impression that I had reserved a Toyota. When I picked up my car, I had a selection or full size cars, but no Toyota options.

I did not realize that there was not an Avis shuttle from Orlando Airport. I asked a number of people and got the same response “you will need to take a taxi”. I was waiting in line for the Avis representative and my wife started talking to a gentleman at Payless Car Rental. He told her that they handled Avis and Budget car rental and he would match the price from Kayak. 10 minutes later we were on our way. My advice to you is to tell customers that you do not have a shuttle to downtown Orlando so that they will not be surprised or disappointed.

First and foremost, when someone books a convertable, thats what i expect. That person handeling check in at the jetblue terminal in orlando on saturday morning should be sent back for retraining. After showing my reservation with the convertable, he goes back and forth with me, telling me that in the “system” its a different category of car. I then went to show him the reservation again and he says thats not an avis reservation number. He says i should call the number on the reservation… so i did. And. IT WAS AVIS IN ORLANDO!!!! At this point im beyond furious going back and forth, that i said, in general, I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS, GIVE ME WHATEVER YOU HAVE SO I CAN GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE! Instead of resolving the issue, this individual wants to act like my ex girlfriend and tell me to calm down in a passive tone!! And then he says youre not allowed to be nasty here!! OOH IM SORRY, I DIDNT KNOW I LANDED IN FN PLEASANTVILLE!! AND I SAID THAT IN GENERAL NOT TO YOU!! This went on for 5-7 mins with people and kids online. Instead of focusing on a resolution, this chump wanted to argue with me, since he had no idea how to resolve the issue!! i paid for a convertable and got a dirty sports car. Inside and out. Cant wait for my next experience!

Clean seats

The pickup was an absoloute nightmare 1hr and 45mins on Easter Sunday this had happned in February as well they clearly have an issue with staffing and after flying for 4pk is hours the last thing you want is to keep waiting.

Car was not available when we arrived. Had to sleep on airport floor and stand in line for hours. Ruined first day of vacation.

Payless location made me wait 40 minutes while the guy at the counter disappeared to talk to his manager.

Terrible experience... hauled all of our baggage and passengers to garage to find van full of roaches, completely damaged and dead battery. Person in Garage for Payless said they only park vehicles and cannot help. Hauled everything back to counter and payless gentlemen gave us new van. Hauled everything back to garage to find that van was not located in space provided at counter and a different payless employee spoke zero english and just pointed wrong direction and could not help. Hauled everything back to counter to find the guy left for lunch and no more payless employees at counter to help. Woman from Avis stepped in to help find a third van. she did but then did not have password to computer to finalize reservation. Once this was finally completed we then had to haul passengers and baggage back through airport to a different terminal and different garage to find the van that we then used. The third option was nice and turned out fine but we ended up being late to our event as a result of the couple hour ordeal and then all meetings at our conference were off schedule and delayed as a result. I had a van full of business owners that we were hosting who had the privledge of experience all of this with me that all in fact own business that commonly rent vehicles. Terrible experience... I will say the last lady from Avis was super helpful and had to reason to help me and went above and beyond to try and resolve the matter and was in fact able to find a solution. - Chris Psencik

The car needs to be easier to fine there are no defined rental lots by company

First name should be “Take”. Spent nearly an hour to eventually get them to honor the reservation price of $261.11. After they tried to change me $545.00. Fortunately I was able to speak with Joshua, who unlike the first guy who became rude and belligerent, was extremely professional and agreed that the reserved price was $261.11. Unfortunately I was given the most stripped down SUV I’ve ever seen. No power seat adjustment for the driver and no power lift gate. Will not be coming back.

A lot of extra fees were added when we rented the car. Also, it was not clear when we got to the Orlando airport where to find the shuttle to get the car at the Advantage venue.

Check in was very slow. Return was quick
