I cancelled my reservation about a day or two before it was needed. There was no hassle or fuss. At the end, she told me to just call back if I need a vehicle in the future. I wish I had used the rental, I’m sure it would have been pleasant.
good deal - they got us a van when the one reserved had glass damage before our pickup time - the staff got us another van without delays

Staff was friendly and interaction was fairly efficient.
Windshield wipers needed replacing and we found that out as we drove through a series of storms on our way home. It was dangerous. Ipad was not fully charged and staff had to reenter information during our pick up as it died during the process. Vehicle was not full of gas. We had to gas it up before we left on our trip.

Online when I chose the car, it described the SUV as holding 5 people, but the car I originally chose would have been a tight squeeze for four people. I think the car was labeled as medium SUV and should have been considered a compact SUV.

The car was cancelled at the last minute. Agent said no cars were to be found in Orlando. To the agent’s benefit he was right. I could tell he was sorry my reserved car hadn’t been returned. I had to reschedule hotel reservations, and visits for the next week.
I couldn’t pick-up the car. The agent said they are not accepting Romanian driver license and told me to call the airport agency and go there. This restrictive condition was nowhere on their website and the support from the agent was nil
Very simple and easy pickup and drop-off. Freindly staff. Good value for the cost.

I didn't end up getting a rental because though I reserved the car the night before, they had no cars available when I got there. Why can't you guys call those with reservations, since you ask for my phone number, so I'm not wasting my time getting up there to later find out? It'd make it easier. Also, the millenial sitting at the desk didn't even appear bothered at 11a to smile or cordially engage with guests. Just so flat. Yeah, that really makes me wanna come back!

Car ready when needed. The girl at the desk worked wonders, well done her!
Hole in the front seat. Windshield wipers needed to be replaced. When I picked up car, didn’t give me a sheet to list scrapes/dings, previous damage to car.
I mistakenly booked my car rental for the wrong location. I tried to fix it two months in advanced and got charged $50 to change my reservation. Not cool. Will never use Kayak or Hertz again. No reason for this ridiculous fee. Bad service.
Absolutely NO Customer Support. not able to contact ANYBODY even with an emergency. Never again.
I did not realize that there was not an Avis shuttle from Orlando Airport. I asked a number of people and got the same response “you will need to take a taxi”. I was waiting in line for the Avis representative and my wife started talking to a gentleman at Payless Car Rental. He told her that they handled Avis and Budget car rental and he would match the price from Kayak. 10 minutes later we were on our way. My advice to you is to tell customers that you do not have a shuttle to downtown Orlando so that they will not be surprised or disappointed.
The van was filthy dirty. Covered in dents and scratches. Missing buttons. Missing knobs. Missing vents for AC. Pointed it out to employees and they offered no remedy.
Always use Avis but no more felt like I got ripped off
Decent vehicle. More efficient pick up and drop off, stop PayPal bait and switch-was not honored, more pleasant staff, cleaner vehicles

Friendly staff. Clean car. The wait was little long and the parking space is tight. Overall I would recommend to anyone. Good value.
There was only o e person working at the office so paying for the rental and getting the keys to get I. The road took over 30 minutes. The the inside of the car was filthy and the a/c smelled like old rotten food and body odor. To round out a all around poor experience when I went to the office to drop the car off at 9am the employee that was supposed to be there 8am was a no call no show and there was a line of people that had been waiting for over a hour. I had to leave and come back and just barely made the cut off for my return deadline.
