The day before my arrival in Orlando they called and told me they cancelled my reservation because they didn’t have a vehicle available for me, left me scrambling and stressed out how I was going to get around during my stay. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.
The travel service we used had a pickup that was half an hour from the airport, so we popped into the Enterprise office at the airport and the two VERY NICE people in the office made it happen - we were able to pick up and drop off at the airport and not have to uber from place to place. What a relief!!! Thank you ENTERPRISE!!!!
Every person at Enterprise was nice and friendly. That is rare this day and age. It was refreshing to know people care about other people again!!!!

I cancelled my reservation about a day or two before it was needed. There was no hassle or fuss. At the end, she told me to just call back if I need a vehicle in the future. I wish I had used the rental, I’m sure it would have been pleasant.
Exterior Car wash could have been better, drop off was confusing
The car was cancelled at the last minute. Agent said no cars were to be found in Orlando. To the agent’s benefit he was right. I could tell he was sorry my reserved car hadn’t been returned. I had to reschedule hotel reservations, and visits for the next week.
I couldn’t pick-up the car. The agent said they are not accepting Romanian driver license and told me to call the airport agency and go there. This restrictive condition was nowhere on their website and the support from the agent was nil

Renters beware!!! This location is not at the MCO airport. My family and I arrived in Orlando after 10pm. proceeded to the Hertz counter at the airport only to find out that the rental company represents Hertz but is not at the airport and closes at 5;00pm. The gentleman at the Hertz counter was “ kind” enough to find me a smaller vehicle than I paid for for a extra $1300!!!! Double what was paid for already!!! I had no choice but to pay up as my family and I had to be in Tampa that night. I recommend that you ensure that you be aware of the location of the pickup of your rental. In my search on Kayak I asked for airport pickup and drop off but was still given this location even after specifying the pickup and drop off times. I did not receive value for money, and I believe that Kayak misrepresented this location as an airport location full well knowing my search criteria. A learning experience for me. My trust in Kayak as well as Hertz has been seriously undermined. I have used other rental companies in the past and to date this is my worst experience.
Hole in the front seat. Windshield wipers needed to be replaced. When I picked up car, didn’t give me a sheet to list scrapes/dings, previous damage to car.
Terrible people! After spending time in Ubers to get to the right location, they told me they didn’t have the car. Yet, they charged me and it’s taking me calling back and waiting for a refund. Let’s see if they do it.
I did not realize that there was not an Avis shuttle from Orlando Airport. I asked a number of people and got the same response “you will need to take a taxi”. I was waiting in line for the Avis representative and my wife started talking to a gentleman at Payless Car Rental. He told her that they handled Avis and Budget car rental and he would match the price from Kayak. 10 minutes later we were on our way. My advice to you is to tell customers that you do not have a shuttle to downtown Orlando so that they will not be surprised or disappointed.
The van was filthy dirty. Covered in dents and scratches. Missing buttons. Missing knobs. Missing vents for AC. Pointed it out to employees and they offered no remedy.
Always use Avis but no more felt like I got ripped off
Decent vehicle. More efficient pick up and drop off, stop PayPal bait and switch-was not honored, more pleasant staff, cleaner vehicles

Friendly staff. Clean car. The wait was little long and the parking space is tight. Overall I would recommend to anyone. Good value.
There was only o e person working at the office so paying for the rental and getting the keys to get I. The road took over 30 minutes. The the inside of the car was filthy and the a/c smelled like old rotten food and body odor. To round out a all around poor experience when I went to the office to drop the car off at 9am the employee that was supposed to be there 8am was a no call no show and there was a line of people that had been waiting for over a hour. I had to leave and come back and just barely made the cut off for my return deadline.
