The staff member inside the airport terminal was extremely friendly and personable. Love people who do their job with joy. Both the check-in and return were quick, easy, and efficient. This was actually my 3rd time renting from Budget in 1 week's time. Due to their customer service, efficiency, and newer, quality cars, I stuck with them when I needed to rent a car. I'll continue to favor Budget whenever I'm in need of a rental.

They gave me a dirty Jeep with a weird smell it smell. It smells like beer was spilled all over the car. It was dirt all over the trunk in the back. Then they try to blame me for scratching a vehicle when there was no scratches on the vehicle just dirt all over the vehicle how they gave it to me

Staff was friendly

I ordered and paid for a full size car and received a compact car, staff insisted it was full size. a nissan kick is a compact car. pickup at the airport was a little confusing. When I went to return the car at 8:45 the office was closed and when i called the company number no one answered the phone. after 45 minutes someone finally showed up to take us to the airport to check the car in and give us a ride to the airport.
