Cheap Car Rentals in Little Havana, Miami

Will never ever use them again They forced me to take extra insurance while my insurance was valid. There escuse was it is a Canadian inssurance.. all other companies do accept it. They have put me in the spot even you me if you don't want to purchase the insurance from us you can cancel the whole thing. It was 10 pm just arrived with my family and kids are super tired... I always travail and rent cars using my own Canadian insurance it is acceptable everywhere I have paid 300$ US extra for nothing. Never use this company ever

The rice offered online wasn't honored at the rental location neither the unlimited miles,, it cost me double of the original quoted. Very disappointed..

My appointment was at 12. I got there a little late at the Miami off air port location waiting for the shuttle which wasn’t too bad. I was then taken to an office which looked a little run down. I waited outside in line for about 45 minutes with a big fan blowing at you. There was only 3 people in front of me. It took them forever to help the people ahead of me. Finally it was my turn, thankfully it didn’t take to long since I’ve had my info handy. The lady at the front did ask me if I had to wait awhile in line which I did reply yes, she just said ok. When she finished setting me up, she told me it’ll be a few minutes since they have to wash the vehicle. Which I said that’s fine. I waited about 30 minutes for my car. There were two people in front on me still waiting for their cars to be ready. Finally the lady in front of me got her vehicle, I figured any minute now for mine. Well, I got skipped even though she was after me. I had to remind them I was still waiting on my vehicle, which they had to double check on me. The lady then told me they just have to wash it and then it’ll be ready. Finally after another 10 minutes they finally brought out my vehicle. It took me roughly 2 hours and 20 minutes from getting the shuttle to leaving with my vehicle. I would have rather rented from another carrier. The vehicle price was good and the shuttle drivers were nice, but that’s it.

Had many challenges to travelling, cancelled delayed flights etc... showed up to pick up car several hours past scheduled time. Said they had cancelled our reservation. We could rebook for $150 / day which was more than the total I had reserved for 4 days including taxes. If it looks too good to be true...

They truly lie, even their Managment is worth than their customer service.
