Pretty much everything should have been better. Customer service and supervisor showed barely any concern.
They should've told us that we couldn't rent a car instead of making us make reservations to come back the next day wait 2 hours just to tell us in 2 minutes that we'r couldn't rent the car due to the credit
That we'r didn't get a car
Specifically chose this car because I was arriving late. Was told that wasn't a problem and a shuttle would pick us up and take us to the facility. Found the website to call for the shuttle and it said closed. Supposedly my credit card would be charged upon pickup. I will be checking my card to see that no charges were made. Ended up getting a car from National at the airport. Your site should show people if they are picking up at the airport or offsite. And, if it is offsite, they should be open 24 hours a day.
I didn't end up getting a rental because though I reserved the car the night before, they had no cars available when I got there. Why can't you guys call those with reservations, since you ask for my phone number, so I'm not wasting my time getting up there to later find out? It'd make it easier. Also, the millenial sitting at the desk didn't even appear bothered at 11a to smile or cordially engage with guests. Just so flat. Yeah, that really makes me wanna come back!

Enterprise was great to work with. We picked up with a mess. He got us all set and ready to go. When we dropped off, I was unsure what to do at the airport but both Gabriel and. Salvador were very helpful.
The day before my arrival in Orlando they called and told me they cancelled my reservation because they didn’t have a vehicle available for me, left me scrambling and stressed out how I was going to get around during my stay. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.
The travel service we used had a pickup that was half an hour from the airport, so we popped into the Enterprise office at the airport and the two VERY NICE people in the office made it happen - we were able to pick up and drop off at the airport and not have to uber from place to place. What a relief!!! Thank you ENTERPRISE!!!!
Every person at Enterprise was nice and friendly. That is rare this day and age. It was refreshing to know people care about other people again!!!!

Watch the price! The price that I was quoted vs. what I was actually charged was $340 more!
The car was clean, and ready for pick up when we arrived and it was just what we needed.
Long wait. Reservation was not at the airport. Figuring out how to get a car and not get charged exorbitantly
When I went to pick up the car my reservation was for $131 and my price to pick up the car was almost $400. I couldn't get the car. They couldn't adjust the price or honor my reservation. I left without the car.
I liked everything about the rental. My rental car was ready when I got to the rental agency. It had a tank full of gas. I had a very nice ride.
The site lists a bunch of times for pick up after the location is closed and doesn't indicate this until after the reservation is made. When I called budget about the issue, they had the attitude that I was a problem, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I had to take an Uber in pouring rain to get to budget just to find they were closed which resulted in me having to pay for my ride both ways unnecessarily. The agent I spoke to was pretty nonchalant about the whole ordeal which I found rude.
We arrived at another airportbut they helped us get a car there, everything was amazing.
