You really need to choose a different company. They asked if we wanted to add on insurance, we said no. They charged us anyway. When I noticed, I called and they said they’d take care of it. Get to the car return, we were still billed and no one cared.
Exterior Car wash could have been better, drop off was confusing
The car was cancelled at the last minute. Agent said no cars were to be found in Orlando. To the agent’s benefit he was right. I could tell he was sorry my reserved car hadn’t been returned. I had to reschedule hotel reservations, and visits for the next week.
I couldn’t pick-up the car. The agent said they are not accepting Romanian driver license and told me to call the airport agency and go there. This restrictive condition was nowhere on their website and the support from the agent was nil

Great value in types of vehicles for the price. Great prices on one-way rentals, better than I've seen with Hertz and Enterprise. Easy pick up and drop off.

I did not realize that there was not an Avis shuttle from Orlando Airport. I asked a number of people and got the same response “you will need to take a taxi”. I was waiting in line for the Avis representative and my wife started talking to a gentleman at Payless Car Rental. He told her that they handled Avis and Budget car rental and he would match the price from Kayak. 10 minutes later we were on our way. My advice to you is to tell customers that you do not have a shuttle to downtown Orlando so that they will not be surprised or disappointed.
The van was filthy dirty. Covered in dents and scratches. Missing buttons. Missing knobs. Missing vents for AC. Pointed it out to employees and they offered no remedy.
Always use Avis but no more felt like I got ripped off

From my experience, Avis was not accommodating to me for booking through Kayak. I was contacted an hour before my pick-up time for them to inform me the car I reserved wouldn’t be available because no cars would be delivered to that particular location. When I asked if they could direct me to a location that would have vehicles, I was simply told to “Call customer service” then immediately hung up on. After booking through another company (which serves from the same location alongside Avis) they were able to book vehicles to customers who booked directly through them.
We like every thing accept when we came pick up the lady take too long to do everything. We wait almost an hr.
Enterprise has the best customer service that I have seen in long time when a problem occurs. I booked them through Kayak believing it was for Airport pickup. When arrive at airport I'm advised it is off airport pickup. We paid 65.00 and 15.00 tip for cab to take us to location and the cab took us to wrong location. The agent at Enterprise said let us see if we can take care of you here so that you don't have to find cab again to go to different location. They found same car and honored same rate. They then told me that I could drop off car at a different location for Enterprise about a mile from airport and cab fee should be far less. Dropping off the car worked out great and then we called for cab. Waited for cab for 40 minutes and never showed. The enterprise employee saw us still standing outside and told us to hop into his car and he would take us to the airport. Amazing customer service.

Car had issues, AC stopped working in the middle of a road trip so for 4+ hours there was no AC in the Florida heat. Car was not as clean as it could have been Car had damage on it that just made the car seem older than it was , and due to the AC issue, noticeable damage, as well as lack of cleaning it just seems like the cars are not as well maintenance as they could be
