Cheap Car Hire in Richmond Heights, Orlando from ₹ 418

Specifically chose this car because I was arriving late. Was told that wasn't a problem and a shuttle would pick us up and take us to the facility. Found the website to call for the shuttle and it said closed. Supposedly my credit card would be charged upon pickup. I will be checking my card to see that no charges were made. Ended up getting a car from National at the airport. Your site should show people if they are picking up at the airport or offsite. And, if it is offsite, they should be open 24 hours a day.

Renters beware!!! This location is not at the MCO airport. My family and I arrived in Orlando after 10pm. proceeded to the Hertz counter at the airport only to find out that the rental company represents Hertz but is not at the airport and closes at 5;00pm. The gentleman at the Hertz counter was “ kind” enough to find me a smaller vehicle than I paid for for a extra $1300!!!! Double what was paid for already!!! I had no choice but to pay up as my family and I had to be in Tampa that night. I recommend that you ensure that you be aware of the location of the pickup of your rental. In my search on Kayak I asked for airport pickup and drop off but was still given this location even after specifying the pickup and drop off times. I did not receive value for money, and I believe that Kayak misrepresented this location as an airport location full well knowing my search criteria. A learning experience for me. My trust in Kayak as well as Hertz has been seriously undermined. I have used other rental companies in the past and to date this is my worst experience.

Terrible people! After spending time in Ubers to get to the right location, they told me they didn’t have the car. Yet, they charged me and it’s taking me calling back and waiting for a refund. Let’s see if they do it.

The location from the airport was a little far and I am not familiar with the Orlando area, but the agents at the counter were very nice. The car was great.

Everything was great until they tried to sneak in a $158 gas charge when I dropped it off after I just filled the tank. I walked away from the counter, not realizing. Once I realized, and brought it to their attention they removed the charge. I got the feeling that this was their SOP.
