They should've told us that we couldn't rent a car instead of making us make reservations to come back the next day wait 2 hours just to tell us in 2 minutes that we'r couldn't rent the car due to the credit

Vehicle wasn't available. Kept me waiting until 6:15 pm then asked me to come back next day to pick up the car. They are horrible with clients and had to call the 1-800 number but they couldn't fix the problem so they wanted to set me up with another reservation at the airport x 3 times higher va.

Drop off was easy

Car smelled like smoke, asked for a different one and attendants told me they all do. Weren't too nearby location next day and they didn't have anything to swap out but have me number got another location. Called there and got sent to call center who told me to drive to each location to check inventory for a swap.

Don't rent from a third party if you think you want to change drop off places. They will not let you do it no matter what, not even if you are willing to pay extra for it. I had a pickup time for 6:00 PM and they closed at 6:00 PM. So I had to pay $56.00 more for a rental car at the airport for 1 day. Never again will I rent from Hertz! Pus, I called customer service and the lady hung up on me.

Car I had reserved was not available. Was given a very nice upgrade for same price. Fuel indicator was off and was adjusted to my favor. All around friendly staff. Drop off was easy and both employees indicated they didn’t want me to be charged additional costs for anything. Really felt like they were looking out for the customer.

I never used this Budget car. When I book it, I (thought) was searching for a pickup at MCO. This car was not at MCO, which I didn't notice until I checked in at the airport counter. This is probably my mistake for not double checking the address but I also think my search was expanded curiously.

The location from the airport was a little far and I am not familiar with the Orlando area, but the agents at the counter were very nice. The car was great.

Everything was great until they tried to sneak in a $158 gas charge when I dropped it off after I just filled the tank. I walked away from the counter, not realizing. Once I realized, and brought it to their attention they removed the charge. I got the feeling that this was their SOP.

Able to get us a rental last minute. Did have a long line of customers waiting.

Said no to the insurance and the agent even repeated it back that I didn’t want it but was still charged 29.99 a day for it.

Reservations mean nothing at Enterprise. I reserved a standard car and when I arrived I was told they didn't have any standard size cars available. They would have to put me in a Jeep Compass at my cost ($130 more for the week). After 1 hour of waiting and talking with employees they put me in a smaller car (Corolla) for the same price. I reached out via FB to Enterprise and was told someone would review this and get in touch. Nope, nothing. Will not rent from Enterprise again.

- This enterprise was unwilling to pick us up at our location even though we were only around 8 miles away. - The employee did not communicate any information more than she had to. The reservation was in my name, but my boyfriend was going to be the only driver. Since it was on my card, she would not let him be the only driver. We had to pay an additional fee for a second driver even though I was not going to be driving the vehicle. We mentioned this to her and she did not seem to care and said the card had already been run. - We received a vehicle with a tank "slightly under full". It is difficult to know exactly how much gas was in the vehicle upon return.

they held $200 as a deposit which was never informed while booking, why would i give extra deposit when i am giving my credit card info. Also they gave me a hatchback coupe, i could not even carry 2 bags in that car, this is what i haven't paid for,

Charged an extra 2 hours when I brought back car at correct time. If I hadn't pointed this out and received a $24 credit, I would have paid this fee for no reason. Also, at time of pickup was told that pickup location for car was off site of airport. Luckily girl allowed for a same day transfer and honored my weekly rate of $299 but I could of ended up paying well over $500 when this wasn't disclosed at time of booking.

I was given a better car than I had signed up for, so that was cool, plus a 10% discount for no reason.

The employee was over an hour and 15 minutes late. There were customers flipping out and at one point when they called the specific number to the location we were picking up at they were told it was closed on Sunday and to go to the airport to get a car. Then, out of the blue the employee walks in, and then acted like it was no big deal. It was very unprofessional of that specific location. That was my main issue. Plus after all was said and done it was $120 more than I had been told in my Kayak bill.

I booked what said was airport pick up but was told at the counter i had booked for some where besides the airport but the reservation said airport, also when I went to drop it off the drop off procedure was not very clear

We were told we could leave keys at drop-off location if we showed after our scheduled drop off. The drop off location was a hotel parking lot with not where to drop the keys. Our initial experience with customer service in resolving the issue was not very helpful. We were told we could not change the drop off location. Not until we spoke to a manager was the situation resolved and we were told we could drop off at another location. However, we were forced to take a taxi to our final destination (our original drop off location was walking distance to our hotel).
