Avis experience was great. Only discrepancy in the actual bill and ebill sent on email.

The car was fantastic. It was bigger than expected and the boot was huge. It made life easier with two special needs children. Staff at the desk could’ve been more friendly.

The car was in poor condition. There were pills on the floor near the drivers seat. The sensors are delayed I advised the center to not offer this car to any other patrons. Keep in mind, this wasn't even the car that I originally wanted because of size. So basically, it wasn't what I wanted, it was in poor condition and it drives poorly. Unfortunately, this was an all around bad experience.

Hertz charged me a completely different rate than what I booked through Kayak. I ended up paying more with Kayak than if I had just booked it myself.

Waited. Nearly an hour to be served at the counter. Then waited another hour for a car to be available. Shouldn’t have to wait two hours for a car when one is on time for the reservation.

Start to finish it was a message. Insane wait times. Why even make a reservation if you have to wait 2.5 hours and don’t even get the car you reserved 2plus weeks before?

They did not honor my reservation

I booked a car waited in line with my 3 year old For 45 minutes and when I got to the counter I was told that my reservation was canceled and I had to go somewhere else. Real disaster

My first ever experience with thrifty was terrible. I made my reservation online for a 8pm pickup and when I got there the attendant refused to honor or even look at my reservation email. She didn't even check the system and said they were sold out of vehicles. I told her that I was trying to make it home with my wife and two young children. She had no empathy for me. It was as if she didn't even care. I walked over to Avis and they helped me with ease. I was able to make it home and even for half the price. Never will I ever use thrifty again. Avis won my business

Very bad. When I arrived at the desk (with a confirmed booking)they told me that they had no cars available. Not able to get a car at thrifty. We went to AVIS for a perfect car at a perfect price.

Seth at drop off in Albuquerque was great, so welcoming and warm and he helped me with my dog and luggage. Give that man a promotion!

Maybe just a sign pointing that the rental office is down the ramp, but that's it.
