Nothing to like. I received a dirty in operable vehicle. I had three rentals due to the neglect of dollar between Thursdays pickup and Saturdays drop off. I dropped the vehicle off early due to disappointment and unsatisfactory.

Had to book with Dollar last second thanks to another car rental not having my car. Pickup and return was painless. Only complaint is that they consider compact suvs to be midsize so I had to throw out a few things for my move out of state.

Staff was so friendly and helpful, upgraded me to a brand new vehicle.

NY location was a bit understaffed so there was a wait to pick up your vehicle, but they could not have been nicer and apologized for the wait.

Friendly and helpful staff, even in the midst of a global pandemic. Easy pick up. They even provided me with an upgrade when the original car I rented was not available.

Provide more gas in vehicle upon pick up! Less than 1/8 of a tank of gas was in the car.

Car was ready on time and was pretty clean. Price was good.

The pick-up location said not to worry about preexisting scuffs or scratches on the car because they were so small, but the drop-off location tried to pin those marks on me. Fortunately, I took a video of the car when I picked it up, proving the marks were already there. The drop-off location dropped the issue right away after seeing the video.

Pick up was really easy, manager was quick and professional, was able to help me out even after working hours (website didn't say they are closing after 5 now). The car was new, clean and comfortable. The drop off was a bit worse. Entrance was hard to find, but partially because of the construction going on. And then, at the drop off, they were not able to locate my trip. However, they didn't hold me for too long, said they will figure it out on themselves and send me email/

Drop off instructions and process. Lower prices. Some kind of different tiers depending on the number of trips you do.

The car was dirty when I picked it up - trash in the car under the seats, inside of window was greasy, and seats were dirty. They quoted me one price for a 6-week rental when I picked it up, then charged me ~$300 more when I dropped it off, because they had messed up the original pricing. Then, to top it off, they double-billed my credit card. Do not use this Avis.
