Cheap Car Rentals in Murray Hill, New York from ₹ 4,153/day

Never even got a car. Had a reservation for 10 am pick up. Arrived to learn of at least a one hour wait. Given we were only renting car for use that same day it was not in the cards for us to sit around waiting. Ditched Avis and got Hertz. NEVER renting from Avis again

Charged me for prepaid fuel when it was empty to start. Had till fill it up 30 min after picking it up. Went to drop it off I was ignored and gas lit. Then said a supervisor would contact me. Still waiting.

Everything went smoothly with my rental until the end — I was charged twice by Hertz. I prepaid for the rental and the woman checking me out insisted I hadn’t, even though I showed the receipt. I had to get somewhere shortly after returning the car, so I eventually just gave up and will dispute the charge with my credit card company, but it was very bizarre. I definitely prepaid, and the charge on my credit card bill says “Hertz.”

I didn't even get the car - they refused on the basis that I needed my passport. It did not say that on their website. I hired from Budget the week prior without issue. They were also incredulously rude to me. Never again. Total scam.

Pickup was smooth, seamless, and an overall great experience. The employees were wonderful. Drop off was a mess and the counter attendant should be fired. Completely unprofessional the way in which he spoke to me and another customer who was picking up. Flustered, irate, and explosive attitude.

The corporate office said my temporary license issued by Maines DMV and the lady was unreasonable and herself elected not to honor what the company had communicated would have been sufficient. I wasted a $100 Ubering with ski gear suitcases Will be der used them again. Dollar was the polar opposite of accommodation. Literally ruined my ability to see my little kids during their spring break 👎🏾

Once I arrived at the Enterprise location, I was informed by the parking garage attendant that this location had been closed down for 2 weeks. I received no communication prior to arriving there, and was then unable to rent a car with Enterprise, as they had no cars available in the entire NYC area.

NY location was a bit understaffed so there was a wait to pick up your vehicle, but they could not have been nicer and apologized for the wait.
