Cheap Car Rentals in Washington Heights, New York

There are only 2 attendant people. I hd to wait some time while the 2 guys were trying to service at the desk, go to the vack of the building, come back, get cars, etc.

Did not have a car for me. They couldn't honor my reservation.

Horrible customer service- walked out with no car even though made reservation two weeks earlier

Location was closed upon pre-scheduled arrival, there was no answer ever at any point when making many multiple attempts to contact the location in advance. This was a horrible experience gone wrong where I was stranded without a car across the country from where I live.

Overall good experience, but I wish this location offered after hours drop-off.

I tried to confirm my reservation the day before because I knew there were shortages and they brushed me off. They waited until half an hour before my rental time to tell me that they had no cars. They should have honored my reservation or told me early enough I could find a replacement.
