Refused to accept card they already charged. Even with a card they would accept they wouldn’t keep the pricing. Mind you they had already charged a rental fee and a deposit that would be refunded in 7 to 10 days. Then they wanted literally double the price to keep the rental and “could not” change cards in the office so I had to call the 800 number and wait 1 hour and 17 minutes to get the fee “reduced” to 1and a 1/3 the original price and pay a new deposit. Mind you they had already charged the deposit once that I wouldn’t get back for 7to 10 days. In short my 4 day $180 deal wound up at $859 out the door. I am supposed to get half my money back as refunded deposits but we will see.
