it was great- easy check in and return. Vehicle was clean and comfortable!!

We received are scheduled pick up and hour late and they didn’t even have the vehicle we rental that was more fuel economical

First, the car was FILTHY when we picked it up. Goo and grime all of the backseat. NO one cleaned this car... even the outdoor car handles were beshmeared with goo/sticky handprints. The worst was we checked the oil on our road trip only to find out that the oil was so low in the car that it was not registering on the dipstick. COMPLETELY dangerous! We ended up having to buy oil so we did not destroy the car. Dollar did not do any basic checks on this car before they rented it to us and basically put my family in danger. Having sufficient oil is a mandatory so you don't end up on the side of the road somewhere. Very disappointed.

The signage at the mall where I dropped off could have been clearer. Very difficult to find. Add one sign to the outer loop of the mall to give an idea where the entrance exists.

Car ordered was not available, they upgraded me. GOOD Car was delivered to us with about a quarter tank of gas. Cost us $72 to fill it before we could use it. BAD

over charged me for miles and time on my return. also included insurance which I told them I didn't want.

Asked for SJC airport but directed a rental office 18 miles away.
