I could not get my rental because I booked it for them to pick me up. I called Enterprise to confirm this and was told it was good to go... and then when I hadn't heard from anyone after the scheduled pickup time I called. I was told by the location that they do not do pickups on weekends. So I was left stranded and was not offered any alternatives or compensation for my inconvenience.

I liked that tha van was comfortable, roomy and easy to navigate. We felt self conscious at first because the van was a super bright royal blue. Too bad it wasn’t any less since I returned it one day early.

The staff was very friendly at the location my car really ended up being at.

My car was at the wrong location. $60 cab ride to go find it off airport property. Gave my car away even though I called. But they found me a mostly clean car. They were very friendly. But a shuttle would’ve been nice.

The car was in poor mechanical condition and could impose a dangerous situation for an inexperienced driver. At some point I felt a little unsafe as the car was pulling to right at any given time.

They were completely unprepared. They wouldn't tell us anything and locked us out of the building. They would come out and tell us one at a time what was happening. Which didn't make any sense. Lots of deflection going on as to what was the real issue. Another customer that rents from there often says it is always an issue at this site. No one was wearing a uniform or a name tag. Seemed the place was run by folks off the street. Absolutely the worst run rental car site I have ever been too. Budget/Avis, you have lost my business. Kayak, you're on the short list.

First reservation cancelled without any notification. Make sure you confirm before you go pick the car up! I had to go to quickly make another reservation and rushed to the airport. The preferred line was out the door. Computers are incredibly slow. Cars in aisle L don’t exist - had to go back and get rebooked into a real car.

Staff was fine,

Got ripped off, pickup wasn’t at airport where I booked flight.. very deceiving in the way options were presented. Avis charged $65 extra for being 20 minutes late.. I won’t use Avis again

Well the vehicle was okay for my travels. I returned it on a Sunday, they were closed but I parked it and put the keys in the Dropbox. I received a call the next day Monday asking me 'If I wanted to extend my rental'?. I stated I had Already Returned the vehicle, they said ' maybe the girl rented it out again. My thing is, Don't they Check-in the Cars?! I never received an invoice or any call back or Anything...Not Cute, not at all, not one but. Kelly Johnson

I was really looking forward to getting the car to visit my mom for Mother’s Day. When I booked the pick up time was 12pm so I called Ace to ask if I can pick the car up later because I’m a school teacher and wouldn’t be off until 3:30. I was told yes of course that is fine only to get to the location and the cancelled my reservation.

When picked up from the airport the driver did not confirm the ace location i had made my reservation at. They were able to accommodate, however for drop off the locations were closed Sunday and no shuttle was available to transport to the airport. Would have liked to know before renting. Rates for renting from the airport were comparable. Would have gone with airport rental to avoid paying for uber to the airport. Car smelled like cigarette smoke, not sure if it had been cleaned.
