The car wasn’t ready when we picked up and had to be cleaned so we had to wait quite a while, which put us behind on our trip. But, other than that our experience was great. Staff was helpful and nice, particularly when we dropped the car off. I wish I remembered her name, but the person who checked us in was fantastic!

The agent at your location gave us a price of over $500 for a 2 day rental which was $124 including taxes & insurance. She said we were unable to use kayak website. She said we had to pay their location fee. I had confirmation & intinerary that I showed her with this price.I offered to show it to her again she wouldn’t look at it. She continued to argue with myself and my wife. We said fine we’re not taking this car. We called Uber to come pick us up. We were waiting outside for Uber to come get us and take us back downtown to our hotel. Then after about 5 minutes the agent came back outside. She said there was an error in the dates of our booking. She then said we could have the car for the price it said in my confirmation. I really think that this employee should be warned if not fired for trying to scam us out hundreds of dollars. While I was outside I spoke to another customer he said they were being charged $900 for a 1 week rental. He thought this was ridiculous. If I was him I would have walked away. He got scammed big time. This location really needs to be investigated. It was a horrible experience for us on our holiday. Cheers Rick Grimard

After pre-paying for the rental, I received a $55.00 bill for taxes upon my return. Not cool....

$100 charge for cancelling, even though it was WAY in advance (over 60 days)!

When I arrived to the agency, they said that there's no car left. So I had no car for my road trip, and couldn't find one anywhere except in the TURO application for private vehicules. I really hope I get a refund.

I liked that the desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. But the wait to get the vehicle was extremely long. They know when spring break is so they should staff accordingly.

The only thing that was kind of a hassle was that Thrifty was supposed to be open until midnight. We got there at 11:30 and they were closed. We had to go to their partner company, had to get in line with all of their clients, along with all of their partners clients. Didn't get our car until well after 1 o'clock. We did get a nice upgrade for our trouble though, which was a VERY nice surprise.

Had to wait almost 2 hours for the pickup. It was a horrible experience. I will never recommend Thrifty car rental in Las Vegas to anyone.

Counter wasn’t open. Directed to Dollar rental. Dollar Rental had 2.5 hour lineup that I couldn’t wait for. Had to cancel rental and find alternate arrangements that cost me 2x the cost of what was advertised from Thrifty. Despite the 2x in cost my time is worth more then the 2.5 hour wait to use thrifty.

The Budget people were amazing! I rushed when I booked my rental because my flight was delayed significantly and I needed to get home. In my haste I booked from the wrong location. The gentlemen at the counter helped me transfer my reservation and get me a car within 20 minutes. They were so nice and helped get me and my girls home before we would have even left if we had stayed for our delayed flight!

The vehicle was perfect for our trips needs and was exactly as we could have hoped. However, the amount we were charged was more than double what we had reserved the vehicle for. Our confirmation 27887859US6 was for $432.87 but we were charged $895.52 upon returning the vehicle. We hope to have this resolved as quickly and easily as possible. Please reach out to me as soon as possible with a resolution. Thank you.

My trip was cancelled but I couldn't cancel the car rental because I didn't notice when I reserved the car that it was at an un-cancelable rate. So in essence I paid $250 for nothing.

I am a local and was renting a car to go to Cali as we often do to save on wear and tear. The guy at the office was like did you read our policy and I said no and I asked what it was about and he said all locals need a utility bill to rent a car. WHAT? Never ever had I heard about this from the other companies and why would you hassle locals that are going to suggest you for rental to friends and family. I walked out because he gave attitude like he didn’t even want to be at his job! Be aware of this place.

So convenience. Awesome
