My reservation WAS NOT HONORED! Horrible experience with the AVIS attendant! As I entered the office after having had to ask for directions from the Bellagio Hotel, the attendant greeted me with a very terse "I hope you just have a question, that is all I can do for you" well, I said, I have a car reservation. And she snapped back: "You are 2 minutes late" and I can't help you!" She said she had another job to get to. I said...this is a very hard place to find in this huge hotel! I just paid $36 dollars for Lyft, please help me! I Have important business to get to in Los Angeles! But no matter what I said, she was the worst experience I have ever received! I said, I am a Senior Citizen, you shouldn't treat your customers this way! She just didn't care...horribly treated, shame on her! Had to pay for another Lyft back. I was so upset! I had to sit at a waiting area to lower my blood pressure! AVIS should take corrective actions on this terrible representative!
