when I picked up the Tesla, it only had 150 miles on it when we signed up for it it said it could go up to 280. I was planning on going to see the art exhibit which was an hour away, and the creation museum. when I returned the car, they didn’t really give me instructions. They said it was due the next day but the ticket I had said it was due back at 7 PM. There were not a lot of charging stations either. I wish it would’ve been fully charged when I left. Made the trip a little bit more stressful trying to figure out where I could charge it and get it back in time.

I was given a pick up address of 268 W. Mitchell Road. I called an Uber from the airport to Mitchell Road. Hertz had not been located at this location for a year and a half. I had to catch an Uber back to the airport where I went to the Hertz counter there and got my car. I wasted $107 on Uber not to mention the hour and 10 minutes it took to go get it. Terrible job by Hertz and kayak of not communicating. How can Hertz move a year and a half ago and kayak is still sending people to this location?

The agency claimed not to have received our order. Once shown proof of its existence, the car provided had been smoked in despite my wife’s request for a non-smoking vehicle. Hertz exchanged the car, but the replacement vehicle was in poor condition and rattled consistently. This was a poor rental experience and not at all consistent of my past service from Hertz.

The office in Cincinnati was dealing with burst pipes and a cold front office, so they did the best they could under the circumstances. They actually transported me to a different office nearby to pick up my rental.

Pick up was easy and the transaction was smooth. I like that you can drop the car off at the airport.

I wish I was told that the drop off location would open at 4AM. I was there at 330AM and was confused that all the gates were locked. Luckily there was a guard who informed me about the opening time.

The fact that my bill was 241 and I had 255 on my card but yet it still took 320 to rent the care and I only got 150 back on my deposit when I paid 200 for it

The booking went through, but I got a call in the morning that the rental place did not have the car I had selected. They offered to get a comparable vehicle 3.5 hours after the pre-arranged pick up time. I was looking at a 10 hour drive, which would have put me at my destination around midnight on the following day. This is a case I needed to avoid, traveling with children. The manager could not help me. I chose to make a different reservation and use a different rental company. A ton of time wasted. A horrible experience. Will always check on Budget before I call you guys next time.

Nothing my reservation was messed up.

That my car rental was put in for the airport and I would have had to drive 25 minutes from the airport to get my rental. I had to pay more and ended up at the airport location which is what I originally put in for. I will not be booking from Kayak. Thanks for nothing.
