The people are the BEST part of the experience. Fast, knowledgeable and courteous; what more could you ask for. I’m normally alright with substitutions in most cases. But when I received a Tesla Model Y for my 4 day reservation, when it was supposed to be a compact, I should have said no. Without the knowledge of most operations of the vehicle, combined with a scarce charging network along my travel route, I spent way too much time taking care of the car instead of caring for friends and family during my visit. Alex Bryll took the time to listen to my experience and was able to turn a sour car rental into a happy customer in the end. Cincinnati still rocks.
