The people are the BEST part of the experience. Fast, knowledgeable and courteous; what more could you ask for. I’m normally alright with substitutions in most cases. But when I received a Tesla Model Y for my 4 day reservation, when it was supposed to be a compact, I should have said no. Without the knowledge of most operations of the vehicle, combined with a scarce charging network along my travel route, I spent way too much time taking care of the car instead of caring for friends and family during my visit. Alex Bryll took the time to listen to my experience and was able to turn a sour car rental into a happy customer in the end. Cincinnati still rocks.

Pick up and drop off were easy. The car smelled of cigarette smoke and we were unable to use the Bluetooth or apple car play in the car. We tried calling for assistance but each time we called we were put on hold and hung up on. Customer service was very poor

I thought I had reserved and paid for a car at the Cincinnati airport. It was what I requested. When I arrived, they informed me that my reservation was with the Hertz in Downtown Cincinnati, 20-25 minutes away, and that they were closed for the day. To top it off, I had to pay an additional hundred dollars for three nights to get one from them. My “deal” with Kayak of $124 for three nights turned into a horrible price of $225 for three nights.

The car I reserved what available and the car they gave me was dirty and had a quarter tank of gas. Then I was charged when I returned It with a quarter tank of gas. Thankfully I have pictures to prove It only had a quarter tank. I also had to get the windshield wipers replaced, which they paid for but still took time out of my day.

Pick up was easy and the transaction was smooth. I like that you can drop the car off at the airport.

I wish I was told that the drop off location would open at 4AM. I was there at 330AM and was confused that all the gates were locked. Luckily there was a guard who informed me about the opening time.

Quick service and ease of pickup and dropoff. Good rate for a one way weekend rental.

Had very little or no windshield fluid which makes me wonder if other fluids were checked. Also, not cleaned in back seat...no vacuum job back there.

The fact that my bill was 241 and I had 255 on my card but yet it still took 320 to rent the care and I only got 150 back on my deposit when I paid 200 for it

Nothing! They closed before they said they closed and we weren't able to get our car! I can't think of a worse experience.

They should have stayed open until the listed time and they should have picked their phone up at literally ANY TIME on the Sunday we were supposed to get our car.
