Personal thank you to Duitar (I am almost positive I spelled his name wrong). He was at the National counter. Anyway, he worked to ensure that I had the best deal possible and considering how busy they were, he made the process feel efficient. Once we went into the garage, I took a moment to stand in front of the fan to get some air and a guy came over to direct us to a car eliminating the need to go to the desk. So all in all, great experience. Thank you!

They should have told us that Alamo was close. Waited for 3 hours to get my rental car. Didn't know Enterprises was running Alamo! We we're waiting like idiots sign says opening at 8am. They said they were gonna compensate us for the trouble but the lied!

Car selection was good. Pickup & Drop-off was very quick and easy. The car was clean-ish, but the cupholder in the front seat had a lot of liquid inside of it. We needed to get several paper towels to soak it up. Apart from that, it was great. Very friendly and professional service. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

The check in process at ATL airport was very slow. We waited 45 minutes to check in. At the check in counter, the representative told us we would not be able to fit our 5 passengers into a 5 passenger car. We were traveling with 2 adults and 3 children (ages 12, 15, 16). No one in our group is overweight. We were pressured repeatedly into upgrading to a larger vehicle. This upgrade was not large at all. We paid an additional $200 for this upgrade which was not necessary at all!

The line to get the car was very long. I waited about a half hour to get to a representative. Then there were no cars available since they were getting washed so I had to wait another 15 minutes. But… I really liked the Toyota Camry I got! I was able to navigate easily by syncing my phone to the car. Also the drop off was very convenient. The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. If Avis could have reduced my wait time to get the car my experience would have been rated excellent! Thanks for asking!

We reserved our car and thought everything was good to go. Once we arrived to pick it up after a long 9 hour flight, we were told that since we didn’t have a credit card, we could not proceed. So we had to scramble and find another car rental place with two small children who are tired and hungry to get home after a long flight. We were not made aware of needing a credit card in the initial email from Avis. We did receive an email while we were in the air confirming our reservation and it did state that we needed to bring our license and a credit card. But, we were in the air on the way to pick up the car. That didn’t help us too much. Just a poor overall experience. I had the money to pay. Our family does not use credit cards.

My wife and I had to wait outside in the cold for 1 hour in line to get my car. They did not have cars for people but they did have ours once we were able to get to the counter. Once we got the car, it smelled like someone had just been smoking marijuana in the car. The car was not completely filled with gas. When I returned the car, I was charged more than I was originally quoted. Budget charged me for rental insurance which I had declined. Budget did send me a copy of the receipt where they showed that I initialed for the coverage. It is my fault as after an hour of waiting outside in the cold, I just initialed where the agent told me too. That was my fault but Budget pulled a fast one on me to get that additional money. I tried to get them to refund me for that and they wouldn't. Budget will not get me ever again... as I will NEVER rent from them again. The customer experience was HORRIBLE!!

They counter was closed at 1207, after I called ahead and said my flight was delayed. So I didn’t receive my rental in the next morning, had to reserve a second hotel and pay two hefty Urbers. I reserved a midsize vehicle, for one person. They gave me a mini van. But the van clean.

No one at desk, we waited 15 min while a nearby rental agency came to help. No sign was put up to tell us where to go. He looked around & found one behind the counter telling us to go to the rental garage & find a neighboring company’s return desk. Car was fine, rate was decent, staff were overworked but friendly. Seems like staffing issues. Will likely rent with one of the larger companies that had staff at their desk next time.

So it would be extremely helpful if people knew exactly what kind of deposit was expected from the rental car dealership. I had to pay a 250$ deposit but I budgeted 200$. So us know before booking the rental what deposit is required for that specific merchant

The car should not be in commission it needed a wheel alignment and the interior was filthy and had lots of cigarette Burns and reeked of cigarettes. I barely drove it for the amount of days I had it.

I was charged at check out $20 more than the amount as I was quoted as the final charge. However, I went to Customer Service on my car return and Customer Service Agent Micaela refunded the additional amount I was charged after seeing the original quote I had been given. I am grateful for her rectifying the issue for me.

Never used ACE before but will again. Somewhat of a line checking in, but had the car I reserved, easy pickup and later drop off. Car was clean and well maintained. All staff members were friendly and helpful.

When I arrived, it took me almost an hour to get a hold of someone for pickup. The pickup person was unhelpful, even though I was traveling alone with two small children. When I arrived at the location, I was given a vehicle that was very worn down, inside and outside, but I had few choices since most vehicles there didn't seem to be in better shape. The car had the engine light and tire pressure lights on. They did not offer to give me a new car, but instead inflated the low tires. During my short rental the car tires continued to deflate, but I was too far to be able to return the car for a new one. The seatbelts were so badly ripped in several places, that only 3/7 seatbelts actually worked. The car is not road worthy. It shook if I drove more than 50 miles an hour, and needs alignment and repairs. The interior was dirty and missing accessories and parts. When I returned the car, they charged me for a full tank of gas, even though they gave me a car that didnt even have half a tank on it, and I returned it with the same amount. After checkout, I asked for a transport to the airport, as per the website, and they said they could not provide transport. So I was left with two small kids, luggage and car seat, in the rain to figure out how to get to the airport myself. Overall, terrible, terrible experience. Never again.

I reserved a van through Kayak and got a confirmation but when I got there they said there was no reservation made. They have a van on the spot but it was twice the price of what it was on Kayak

Once we figured out that the rental place was really off site everything went pretty smoothly. It would have been nice to have instruction and AVR's phone number in the confirmation from Kayak for how to set up the shuttle to get the van. Everyone at AVR was very helpful and accommodating.

Van was dirty, sticky and smelly. They also want to put extra charges on bill after drop off that was sent to my email with out explanation. when I called so they can explain the charges they say there going to call back. I'm still waiting I called them three times. Don't waste you time nor money with these people and they also have a bad attitude.
