The minivan was not in good shape! There was a problem with the front end which made steering and handling difficult, especially at high speed. The "change oil" light came on halfway through the trip which was disconcerting. When we reported this to the clerk upon returning he seemed unconcerned and said they would check it out but offered no type of compensation. After all of that, we were charged a fuel surcharge because we didn't fill the tank "enough" although it was not full when we picked it up. I thought that to be petty considering the problems we had. In summation, I was not pleased with this particular Enterprise or their customer service.
