Cheap Car Rentals in Albany Park, Chicago

Went way out to this distant location; first waited for the staff to show up who were late only to be told that they had no “van” for me; I specifically reserved a commercial sized van to move furniture..,. The rep said , “yeah, that happens quite a lot but we haven’t had those type of vans here in a long while”! No help, no alternative, no nothing.. just me out of luck! Not sure if I will ever use kayak or hertz for that matter ever again; utter incompetence and could care less attitudes!!

the booking process was misleading and caused adff do itional costs of over $400 i will never use kayak agian
