We have been given a car (Buick Encore) of a lower category than the one booked and paid for. (Mid Suv ex Mazda Cx 5). There was no GPS booked and paid (then discounted from the final price). The explanations at the time of pick up and drop off are too hasty. Bad experience.
I liked that they made it very easy to pick up the vehicle. The cost was great for the vehicle. HOWEVER.......It was DIRTY inside AND outside. The back passenger seat belt was broken behind the front passenger seat. And the hours of operation are horrible to be so close to the airport.
They did not have cars available and wanted to put me in a smaller vehicle than what I paid for then ended up charging me $40 a day for a vehicle that would 5 people. They also included more taxes than what was stated in the agreement. They charged me 2xs at drop off and would not refund me for the 2 charges for $233
The vehicle was very nice plus a low price. Workers at hertz were very hospitable. Only thing could've been better was one tire was low on air and didn't have a cap.

The service was fast and friendly. Kia actually consumed very little gas.
I did not like that the car that I chose was not available. This place has limited options. It took about 30-40minutes to get my car rental since they had to clean it. The car also did not have a full tank of gas. Recommend going to another place.

I like the fact that I had to flat tires and they dileverd another rental the next morning....
They called me to confirm my rental after I booked it (a human), which was a very nice touch. The staff at the rental counter were extremely friendly and got me in and out quick on pick-up and again on return. Very grateful for excellent staff at the Enterprise in Oak Lawn, Illinois (SW Hwy)
When I booked I said car rental at O'Hare Airport. Apparently I got an Enterprise car rental about 1 hours from the airport because it was cheapest. When I went to the Enterprise rental car at O'Hare, they told me that happens a lot, but they did not offer any customer service. It was like "oh well". I asked if they could book me a car there at their location and they said they couldn't. Finally, after asking what I should do, they gave me some of their"competitor" phone numbers at O'hare location and I contacted them. Of course it was more money and we had to take a shuttle back to the airport and then over to the other agency, but we finally got the car! Terrible experience!

The car was great
I rented at 4 PM for 3 days but the agency closed on Saturday(the 3rd day) a few hours before 4PM !!! I think to recall that people bringing the car a few hours late are charged but when they have to bring it a few hours early they dont get part of the money back :) !
The car I wanted was not available although I booked it 2 months in advance. I had to downsize my vehicle and they charged me more money. Not fair at all. I will never rent from a neighborhood rental place again. Especially not an AVIS/BUDGET.

The young gentlemen at the front desk counter was very unprofessional and rude. He canceled my reservation and told me that he doesn’t need my business.
I honestly think that there is no help for this location. Unless they hire new people who are professional and friendly towards the customers.
Staff and service was very good.
I had booked a car Chevy Malibu or similar. They said I could only have a VW Beetle unless I paid additional fee and that they strongly recommended I upgrade given the performance and size of the VW.
I didn't rent it from you after they raised my quoted price from $115 to like $180 please make sure I am not charged thank you
The car's exterior had not been washed when I picked it up. Also, when I dropped off the car I walked into the office and there was no one in the office or the lot for a full 10 minutes...very weird. No explanation offered. The Ford Focus seemed to have some transmission problems.
Location was off the main rental center at Midway Airport. It does not open on weekend and open only at 8 am on weekdays, I was told to catch a cab at 4 am!!!! Unbelievable.
Quick shuttle service to and from airport, clean car, good value overall.

Clean car on inside despite scratches all over the outside. Shuttle drivers personable. Rental staff nice.
Not convenient to airport. You need to take normal rental car shuttle and then wait for another shuttle, that with traffic took 20 minutes to pick me up and another 15 minutes back to office. Thus, spent lots of time just getting shuttle. Not convenient to Midway. The extra time certainly not worth the few dollar savings.
Very accommodating. Decent car. Good experience.
Tire was bad and went flat and ESPECIALLY the sorry DONUT SPARE tire in the trunk that is not safe for highway driving.
