Customer service in Boston was great. There could have been a better selection of cars.

Our flight was delayed by weather and I called them to notify. Was told "No problem we'll hold the car". Office Downtown Boston was closed at 5pm. I called customer service and explained that we were not staying in Boston and needed the car to get to New Hampshire. They could not arrange another car until 8am the next day. We canceled and trundled 5 people with luggage by expensive Uber.

I got a FL tag car in Boston. It didn't have snow brush and ice scraper. Tires were bad too what caused minor issues on the road. Car was given with an error code for overdued oil change. No rubber floor mats either-Getting to snow tubing made the car floor wet and dirty the same day. recommendation: Assess cars from southern states if those can be used in the north states

Staff were terrific, Car was quite dirty and banged up Gentlemen that checked us out was excellent

Line to pick up took an hour. Staff was professional, courteous, and friendly. But if a fiasco with the car they’d assigned not being in the garage, but I was given another comparable car. Car smelled like cigarettes. Found a cigarette behind the headrest. Found a dead medium sized gross bug (roach?) in cup holder. Would have preferred more efficient check in. Perhaps automated components. Has happened before at other location in Cambridge. Aside from that, car was great and good value, and staff were awesome.

Rental process was good, the car was in good shape and drove well, but the price for one week was very high which is true of all the car rental companies now.

Nice staff

I arrived at my reservation time at the pickup location, and they were closed. I had to go to a second location, at which I was charged a higher rate, and received no apology for the inconvenience.
