Enterprise was so easy to work with. Easy in and easy out

I didn’t get the type vehicle I requested. The one we requested needed an oil change. We struggle getting in and out of the van with a few of us hurting ourselves in the process. I did not enjoy the experience at all.

Never received the rental. Enterprise called me 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up & told me nothing was available, they would call me back at 3pm when the returns came in, Never received a call. I called to check, still nothing available. Zach/Colin told me that Saturday morning would be better & they would call me then. NOTHING! Extremely poor service! If nothing is available, do not confirm the rental!

The person who checked me out told me I had fuel forgiveness but I got charged $70 for bringing it back with 3/4 of a tank and Hertz says they made no notes so it stands and the location is impossible to get a person on the phone to discuss.

There were a number of electrical issues with the car, and they "upgraded" me to a much larger, far less fuel efficient car without giving me any option. The sensor on the blind spot was faulty and dinged off and on across my 22 hour drive, and the audio controls also had issues. The stereo would randomly jump or drop significantly in volume, and the sensor for the trunk was also faulty, frequently saying the trunk was open when it was not, and would come on randomly while driving.

The vehicle was only 1/4 full of gas. I had to go back inside to agent at pickup to note this ((it should have been noted to me !!!)). At drop off I told this to person checking in the vehicle, I filled with gas and 1/2 remained, BUT I was still charged for gas. Unacceptable.

Rented a convertible at the only available location in Tampa. Went there early morning and the receptionist made me sign and pay for a convertible when they did not have it. Instead, gave me a Mitsubishi and told me to drive 10 min to the airport and tell them to give me the car that i booked. Not only I served them as valet guy to deliver their cars from one location to other for free and when I got there they gave me problems to get the car that I was promised. After 2 hours and changing rental companies Avis rental gave me a convertible that was not even sanitized or complete clean. Went into the car and another traveler came up to me telling me that I’m driving the car that they booked… long story short, booked a car from budget, got there at 8am came out with the car I paid for 3hours later. This is the last time I rent with budget or Avis.

Avis was closed when I arrived to pick up my rental. They didn't contact or notify me. I was left stranded without a car.

The attendant at your 4644 W Gandy BlvdSuite 2, Tampa, FL location was unpleasant and the car was dirty. It had a noise from the AC. She said it was the only car they had. Our only option was to drive back to the airport and swap it. She was very “matter of fact” about it. It would be nice to at least get compensated for our Lyft and the two hours we lost changing the car. The people at the airport were great and the new car much nicer. Is W Gandy Blvd a knock-off location?

The agent on Gandy in Tampa was great, very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
