This vehicle was rented and prepaid two months before we arrived. Unfortunately, our flight time changes and we got there several hours after our pick up time. Mind you, it was the same day, at least two hours before closing. Representatives said they didn’t have a car available because their policy so only to hold the car for two hours in case the person doesn’t show up so they don't lose money. Again, the car was already paid for so there was no chance of them losing money. They told me to call their customer service number and every time I called, they gave me a different answer, on several occasion that this shouldn’t be an issue because it was already paid for but no one would help us. I had to end up renting last minute and enterprise and they were more tha accommodating. every time I try to use someone other than enterprise to save money I get screwed. It’s no wonder Hertz is going out of business
