Complete and utter disaster. The day of my flight, I got a text from them saying they weren't actually located at the airport, and that I should take a cab to get to them, and they would reimburse. So I did that, arriving at 5:45 pm. Had some trouble finding the place - no signage. But when I did... it was closed. No one nearby knew anything. I called and text several times, but got no response. I was literally stranded, in a strange city, miles from the airport, with my suitcase in the (rare) rain. I used google maps to find another rental place, a mile away. I walked it in the rain, only to find they had limited inventory and sky high prices. I finally took a Lyft to my lodging where my host said "You should just install Turo!" I did, and got a great car for a fraction of the price, delivered. My experience with U-Save literally could not have been any worse. Was their remote location, or the fact that they closed so early? The fact that they haven't responded to any of my calls or text makes them look like the worst fly by night sham imaginable. I strongly recommend that Kayak stop working with this company. I'm still trying to figure out whether my credit card was charged or not.
