truck was not clean or fueled when I picked it up.
They would not except my debit card. Car was not clean. Gas tank was not full. Did not have overnight drop off
I liked how clean the vehicle was.
I reserved a full size suv. I was given a midsize suv. I waited over 30 minutes to just pick up the vehicle. Staff continuously put in the wrong address (assumes my drivers license contained my current address) instead of asking me which caused my credit card to get declines because of the wrong billing zip code.
Location was clean
No cars were available despite reserving one.

Staff was friendly.
More staff. Went to to see I could pick up early but car wasn’t ready.
They canceled my reservation an hour prior to when I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle. The previous renter did not return on time. I was left to call other locations to see if any had a cargo van available. None did. Ended up at UHaul.

When I went to pick up the car, the agent said that the reservation was at another Enterprise location 10 minutes from the San Diego airport, even though I made the reservation to pick up at the airport. The agent said "it happens a lot". The agent was able to find a car at the airport but it cost me considerably more.
I can't imagine
I waited 50 minutes for my car . The car was given to me with 1/8 of a tank of gas .
Not much. Efficiency of staff on car return.
I booked the reservation 3.5 hours before picking it up. At that time, your computerized inventory told you that you had no full-size cars at that location, nor at the 3 other closest locations. So it was completely unethical to accept the reservation, even to quote a price. After 20 minutes and no progress, I finally agreed to accept a Ford F150. The seats are so high that the top of the driver's door is closer in height to the seats than on a true full-size car. I'm just over 6-1, but with short legs and the length of someone 6-4 or 6-5 from my hips up. It was an uncomfortable form of limbo that I needed to use to get in and out of the truck. It will take a few days for my back to recover. Also, the Ford 150 XLT (I think, maybe XLF) is well over 9 feet wide, and of limousine length, making it very difficult to park. Indeed, it didn't really fit in our driveway, either length or width, and we are not allowed to park on the street.
