Although I did attempt to rent a car from Budget with more than one week ahead of time when I tried to cancel my reservation one day later I was surprised with a charge to my credit card for $50 cancelation fee. I left this was poor customer service and pure spite. I will never attempt to rent from Budget again. What you could have done better is return the $50 cancelation fee. No one else charged a fee.

The vehicle was only so so clean. The worst part was the smudgy windows. Driving at night with a bit of heat inside caused the windows to fog and become hard to see out of with lots of glare. Dangerous, especially driving on unfamiliar streets.

The reservation didn't hold the level of car I reserved, so I was upgraded 4 levels and the upgrade fee wasn't waved. What's the point of a reservation if that car isn't reserved?
The pick up was very quick
My car stunk like cigarettes and I was worried the whole time that I would be charged for smoking.
Good service. But renting from Enterprise always seems like a process. Great for "neighborhood" renting if you need a car for the day. I'd never use at an airport, National/Avis/Hertz for that.
Poor service they had me make a reservation come to there place and didn’t have a car i had no why to get back home the worst I have ever experience
Drop off was fast and cheaper than expected.
Not making us wait outside in the cold while we wait an hour and a half past our reservation time would have been great.
I request I truck they just have one to rent and even I ordered in advance they give to the person who was right before me. So frustrating since I have to be waiting outside for 40 minutes which is understandable but I was so frustrated that they don’t say nothing until that moment of the ranting and also no more options of that type of vehicle nowhere else.
Have more vehicles to rent or have alternative options in other branches.
The car worked.
They switched the location on me 2 days before the rental to a very inconvenient location. Once I arrived to pick up a small suv they did not have one. They "upgraded" me to a sedan which i did not prefer. From there they tried to get me to sign paperwork for an incorrect amount. I had to catch it and correct them and then they said they were trying to charge me because they upgraded me. The gas tank was not filled as they promised.
Pickup and drop off were very busy and felt a little hectic.
1. Make sure you check fuel level when you rent. Hertz said the tank was full and it was only half full on the gauge. It was corrected at turn in because we took a photo of the gauge and the mileage when we discovered it just after leaving the rental office. The problem is that you sign for the rental outside of the car. 2. The roads were salted and messy. There was no windshield washer fluid to keep windshield clean. 3. The renting office started the 24-hour rental when we first stepped into the office. Processing took over an hour and we were billed for 2 extra hours of rental time. The drop-off rental office manager had to call the originating rental office to help straighten it out. 4. Will never rent from hertz again.
Fuel at pick up empty and charge receipt showed 3/4 full.

The individuals at the location were very helpful and thorough throughout the pickup and dropoffs, with clear details about the rental. They were even nice enough to let me leave again to fill up the cars tank after I had forgotten to do so prior to dropoff. Nice individuals!
It would have been nice to know how much the additional insurance would be instead of being hit with the price on the spot, adding to the overall total.
Entire process was fast & straight forward. Car was clean & had a full tank. Staff was friendly.
Was late picking up my rental due to unforseen circumstances and the gentleman behind the counter stated that they did not have the car that was picked (Ford Mustang) but did give me a vehicle that was a bit of an upgrade (Honda CRV) for the same rental price ... was extremely happy with it ... will definitely keep doing business with them.
The windshield wipers were not well connected to their sensors. The Fluid was out but the car didn’t let me know. This was difficult since I drove during a snowstorm.
All sorts of hurdles. No seamless service
Staff was friendly and helpful. Depp off was easy.
The van was not cleaned out from the prior customer.....dirty cups, garbage, cookies all over the seats and dirty clothes lying on the floor. Had to spending 30 minutes trying to remove or lower the seats so that I could see past the 12 headrests behind me. DISASTER!!!!!
