It was completely satisfactory. I was happy all round and did not think to myself this or that could have been better. I especially liked the girls at the counter, they were extremely helpful.

Car was very old, over 100,000 km. Also they took a $350 deposit on credit card and they say it takes a month to get back which is unheard of from any oher rental company.

Bad. Was not aware there was going to be a security deposit. In addition the security deposit has to be placed in the card that is used to rent the vehicle. The rental cost and the deposit was greater than the credit limit of the card used to rent the vehicle so they declined to rent to me. I am still waiting on my refund of the cost of the rental after nearly a month.
