I was given a car that had questionable brakes and had major issues with the front end alignment and engine. I contacted the facility and they changed out the car immediately however I had to drive back to the airport which was a 5 hour round trip and pay for the fuel cost to make the change. I recommend that you test the car by a short drive around the airport before completely committing to the car. Eurocar did have an associate who was really adept at handling the situation which made the rating increase a bit. I will try another car rental agency. whatever you do never, ever rent from Avis - Thailand.
