It took us 45 minutes to get to the pick up location to than find out we don’t get a car. They didn’t call us or send an email

I showed up shortly before the time I had booked, and the staff informed me there was a glitch in their system, and they had no car available for me. They were very courteous and apparently had called earlier in the day to inform me, but I had been away from the phone. I blame technology, not them, but long story short, I was unable to rent a car from this location.
