My credit card that I use for car rentals had expired and you really can’t get a car without a credit card. Also, we rushed to get back by the deadline to the airport and there were very loose directions on what to do with your keys etc. I was nervous about not getting my deposit back.

I received a message while en route to Tulsa that Payless would not be able to honor my reservation as they did not have any vehicles. I ended up stranded as a result. I will never ever book a rental with Payless again.

absolutely everyone we’ve encountered went above and beyond helping us in what they could in such a difficult position. it was a much more pleasant experience than expected.

the only problem was lack of cars but this one can’t be easy fixed. but personal are doing an expect job to assist with the best options.

I paid and reserved full size SUV. At pick up the gave me a Mis Size SUV because they have no vehicles in stock. Trying to get part of my money back due to wrong vehicle guiving might have to do a Credit Card dispute. Don play with peoples travel plans! Or at least guive them a couple day notice! Definetly not at airport counter!

The car was a good value for the money.

They did not have my reservation in the system when I dropped off the car, so I had to wait for them to finish with another customer so they could locate it. Luckily I had arrived at the airport with enough time built in, but if I was close on timing, it would not have been good.
