Charged me twice, still waiting on refund. Did an upgrade due to not having what I reserved and charged me for the upgrade. Turned car in sooner than reserved for and charged me all but 20.00 less. Complete rip off. Poor company to deal with anymore. Budget was the only rental car company I used to use. Not again!
The front desk doesn’t answer their phones and the manager extension immediately tells you the number is out of service.
Budget/Avis does not rent to drivers with Georgia driver’s licenses. Would have been nice to know that BEFORE i arrived at the rental location. Very fortunate I was visiting family and a family member was able to rent for me. Very poorly done.
We used Budget before, and were pleased with the service and vehicle. This time we went to a different location where communication was not priority, and the vehicle was subpar. Basically, we did not get the rental we reserved, and it was not in top notch working order. We are not planning to use the 69th and Lewis Tulsa Budget location again.
Only issue we had with the vehicle is the rear ac blower didn’t work all the time. Once we would turn it on a s off again it would always come back on.
One car had a minor problem, but they got me a new one right away. Great experience throughout, thanks!
Car was not ready. They tried to charge for things in a very shifty way. They did not disclose information that was important to the rental. They were emphatic that there was to be no smoking of any kind in the car and gave us a car that reeked of smoke - and then said that it was the cleaner they used to sanitize due to COVID. RIGHT!!! They charged us (prepaid) for a full tank of gas upon return, said we had a full tank of gas when they gave us the keys, but the car was only half full. When we pointed all these things out, they became defensive, dismissive and resorted to lies.
The staff was nice but I was not able to rent the car because there were no cars available. It worked out for the best.

No vehicle like the one I reserved. Called the next day - day of pick up to tell me. The person who called to tell me was very rude.
My reservation was cancelled by enterprise and I was not notified. Very frustrating and ended up having to Uber 85 miles to my destination. There were no other rental options in the entire city
There was a minor and brief mix up where they said I owed $40 more dollars. The guy was helping out at that location from their mid-town office and punched in the wrong code, mistakenly saying I was returning the car to the wrong location. It got straightened out when I objected to any further charge.
They did not have the car I reserved so I had to accept a Kia, which I hate. The front drivers wheel had an obvious wheel bearing problem and wobbled for the entire trip.
They tried to give me the smallest car there and charged me an extra $300 to upgrade even though I chose a bigger car initially online.
My reservation was moved and was not convenient. Was notified the evening before I was supposed to pick up at 9 AM the next day. No cars were not available. Ruined my trip.
First the good news...the staff was friendly, the interior of the car was clean. The bad news...it took 1-1/2 hours to pick up the car. I was told to vacuum the car before returning it. That's something I never heard before! The exterior of the car was not clean. Bugs all over the front . And the car had some damage to the front bumper and radar sensor. I didn't notice this damage when I picked up the car. When I returned it, they were very good to take my word for it that the damage was there when I picked it up. Despite the staff being friendly, this is not an efficiently run location. I would not recommend, especially if you are in a hurry!
Overall, the value of this rental vehicle was great, allowing us to transport equipment and supplies over many miles for very little money. The van was spacious & comfortable and drove very well. The only concerns worth noting were: 1) the lock/unlock functions were not set correctly when using the buttons the key and 2) it appeared as if someone had sprayed the entire interior floor (passenger compartment and cargo area)with an oily substance (probably ArmorAll,) which made the floor extremely slippery and treacherous while loading the vehicle or getting in and out.
