I agreed to rent the car at Burbank airport but when I arrived they had no cars and told me to go to Reseda to pick one up, a 20 minute drive. It was classic bait and switch.

Location is terrible but the car was very reliable
Didn't supply hand controls in violation of the ADA. Customer service was appalling and mostly unreachable .
I reserved the car but when I took a 78$ Uber to this location they said that they don’t have it. Bad service and did not give any other options. Went next door to enterprise can rental and got the car for the same price. Really poor experience. Can’t recommend to anyone.
car had a mechanica issue and Hertz sent me to 2 closed offices to replace car, resulted in me having to drive 50 miles to get replacement car, after finding my own replacement office

Cost $45 to take Lyft to rental car office North of LAX but saved us $304 one-way drop-off fee. Was not easy finding drop off location inside Ceasar's.
