The costumer service horrible, one of the representatives tried to tip me off by forcing me to get add one that another representative latter explained we’re not required. I really hope your company make crucial changes to the incentives you give your employees and the training or else you will not only loose existing customers, but potential customers. Know this will be the last time I ever even consider doing business with this company and if asked, I will try my best to help anyone looking for a rental to steer clear of this company due to my horrible experience.
