Granada Hills CA branch has one angle her name is Carissa I had compact small carshe did not have any and she upgrade me to Truck I was thinking to mo ve some stuff around house and I did it she is absolutely one of the BEST I work in ship and rent all the time but this time was really GREAT I will not buy any car because of this place treat me like my own family Ahmet /Engineer

The car was filthy! Not disinfected at all, not cleaned at all! The car had a thick layer of dust on all surfaces, dog footprints on the the floor covers, chocolate ( we are hoping) on the doors, handprints and just overall dirty...this during raging Covid cases in LA.

Obviously, sticking to the "Hertz Gold Standard of Cleaning" or just cleaning the car as expected.

Red Ford Focus

I was guaranteed a price, the rental agent said They do not have the car and said he had to give me a Upgraded car which was a Focus. He charged $78 more. When I called Hertz office I was told the $78 charge should not be changed and once I return the car they will refund me. Focus is not an upgrade, Hertz policy was not followed. Car was not cleaned and had 3/4 tank gas. Hertz agents Don’t seem to remember their promise either. Never kayak or Heryz

Overall price was pretty good considering my rental trip and time.

Pickup location was lackluster at best. Long wait, understaffed, and when I finally got my car it hadn't been cleaned from the last customer's trip.

The car itself was fine.

poor customer service, waited an hour to get the car. there were at least a dozen other people that came in while I was their and they had no cars for them even though they had reservations. The staff was slow and they were terrible communicators, and the car was dirty. I feel lucky that I even got the car. Never again, the little bit I saved was offset by the wait to get the car, and return it.
