Drop off location in Vegas is very hard to find. It was at the 10th floor in the parking garage .. no sign until you are up there.. drop box was so small with no sign… took us 20 mins to find drop off location and another 15 mins to find the box :(

They had a power outage at their intake office, yet they did a spectacular job of servicing customers’ requirements. Great job!

Customer service at the counter was friendly and fast, however the return instructions were unclear. No one came down to check out the car with us, and the garage was dark - we didn’t realize until the 2nd day that there were cracks in the windshield and the driver’s seat didn’t adjust. Still worth the money, just wish they were providing better quality and service.

Had cars at competitive prices. Long lines. Insufficient staffing. Airport shuttle is not the strong point.

They told me mu car was not aviable, that I could come back next day to pick it up That it was the best option.

You wouldn’t rent me a car because I had a debit. I was stranded on m California from the east coast F UCK YOU!

It was easy to get the car and go after the paperwork. Very easy drop off procedure.

Waited two hours in line to pick up the car at LAX. This is not acceptable. I then found out on return of the car at SFO that the staff member who attended to me at LAX had sold me false information about the toll pass. Tried to speak to someone at dollar about this at SFO but was told to send customer service an email. Just very poor service with dollar. My first time and most likely last time renting with them.

Zero costumer service

It's hard to tell this from the description but you need to take 2 shuttles to get to the site. When we got there, the wait was about 2 hours. It was a good value but I wish we'd paid more to go to a closer rental place (which I'd really tried to find and thought this was) and one that was better organized so our check in wait wasn't so long.

You need to take public trasnprtation to get to their office. The public bus is packed and hauling your luggage there is a pain. You are dropped off on the side of the road from the LA bus and wait for ACE to come pick you up (hopefully). Other than the desk agents, the employees were very helpful. And on drop off - I had to take an Uber back to the airport. Very poor and difficult experience.

Virtual check in was a breeze. Dropoff was also very simple, literally park the car and leave. Price was the cheapest out of our group of friends and we had the nicest vehicle. Only complaint is the vehicle had a lot of scratches, not really a biggie for us.

Our plane was about 15 minutes behind schedule. Then we waited with rental car pickup for about 30 minutes for a shuttle that never came. I called multiple numbers and finally got a person on the phone and was told I needed to be with the hotel shuttles in a totally different spot instead of with the rental shuttles. They also let me know they had already given away our vehicle since it was about 30-45 min after our original pickup time and they had no other vans. They didn’t make it clear how to get there and then made zero effort to contact us before giving away our car. Turned the first day into a nightmare where we spent over 3 hours just trying to get a vehicle and ended up at a rental center an hour away from the airport. That means an extra $200 in Uber fees was spent and departure day was also a nightmare and we had to leave our hotel at 4am in order to make flights.

Kayak didn't forward my information to the rental company which delayed my pickup.

They say there’s a shuttle but it never comes. We finally had to catch the budget shuttle which drops across the street after almost 2 hours of waiting. Then we got there and we were given our car and it was so dirty, old and stained. For the price, it’s to be expected so it’s hard to complain but it would have taken someone 30 minutes to at least clean the inside and out and I wouldn’t have been so upset.
