Customer service was terrible when picking up our rental. We Made a reservation to only be told they weren’t taking reservations for that day because they didn’t have cars to rent. We waited for an hour to get a car. The agent handling our reservation was very dismissive , rude, and overall unprofessional. There was lack of communication from the agent and simply came off with a bad attitude. Did not walk us through our agreement and simply wanted us out of her way.

Customer service Agent named Paul was very efficient and helpful .car was very clean . I wish more drop off places were available to return the car . From now onwards this would be the only company to rent the car for future . Thanks.

Car was VERY twitchy on the road. Even the most minor bumps caused the vehicle to veer and skip dangerously. This would appear to be symptomatic of cheap tires or bad suspension.

It was reasonably priced and the car was fine for driving around

“It’s a bit dusty but it’s clean on the inside” and I took his word and he went away and I got in the car and the cup holder was stickeyband had a plastic bag stuck to it. The previous renter left a metal water bottle that rolled around till I found it. The. Adler was not clean. Sigh. Not great, folks.

I flew to Lax from Qatar for 16 hrs. When I reached Enterprise location there were cars available in the lot however they kept repeating to me that there was no car available. Not even a lower category class. The Enterprise staff were so rude and did not take any responsibility of the situation and did not provide an alternative solution. I even called costumer service without any help. They left me and my family out side in the hot sunny day for 4 hrs. Then, I had to wait with my suitcases and 5 children for more 4 hrs in the sun until we found a ride to the hotel. I end up spending 500 USD on Taxi on that day. I never had such bad experiences and feelings. My whole travel was effected financially and physically. Who shall take the responsibility of what happened? Thank you

Doubt if anybody ever reads these. So let's try this. The car had a major shake at 55 mph and higher. Front tires needed to be replaced very little tread left on the tire. Based on my experience it was either a bad tire or somebody curbed it on the last rental. I would also like to mention that the front windshield had a dime size divot/crack and also should be replaced.

I booked this car, giving my flight details and when i arrived the place was closed and left me completely stranded. I was contacted on the same day that I was to pick up the car while I was at the airport awaiting boarding and never was informed that they would be closed by a certain time or arrival. As we all know airlines are experiencing delays and cancellations and I could not avoid anything when that happened, by the time I had arrived from my air travel with my senior Mom, I had to rebook at the Hertz at the airport and paid $350 more than my pre-booking rental price. I have never had such an awful, terrible and unprofessional experience with Hertz as a 25 + member. This is unacceptable

We got there and they had no car for us. Saying it’s based on the anticipated returns .... I had my 9 year old with me and just stick with no car in an non cool area in LA.
