Cheap Car Rentals in Waikiki, Honolulu

Staff were friendly and accommodating but the wait time to pick up the car terrible. Drop off was very convenient.

Two hour rental car pickup line

I arrived at 8:30 to pick up car, I didn’t get car until 11:00. Renting a car shouldn’t be this difficult. The car I got wasn’t cleaned or filled with gas. I only needed car for 1 day but I received car so late that I wasn’t able to accomplish my tasks.

I booked a car at a specific location and the third party pushed the confirmation to another location. Not only did I have to take a Lyft/Uber to a location outside of where I originally booked the car. I waited in line for 1 hr at the location I wanted only to be told my reservations weren’t at this location and they wouldn’t honour the reservation price and the new price was over 3X’s my booking cost.

The employers were super friendly, we got an upgraded vehicle for free and made our trip a very memorable and fun time at Hawaii!

Enterprise didn’t fill up the tank completely with n either if my car rentals. That was frustrating.

Horrible experience. No customer service. Will never rent from Avis again.

Check-in and return was great. Friendly staff and short wait. Limited choice of cars at off airport location. Assigned car was not thoroughly clean with a lot of dents.

Booked a car rental, but the Hertz office was closed on weekends. Why was I allowed to book a rental on a day the office was closed??

This location hasn't existed in nearly 2 years! Found out the hard way.
