Little pricey in my opinion but I like cheap so ignore me. Great people. Supper respectful and nice. Cars are very clean and tidy!

Great receptionist who provided warm welcome, good walk thru and a very nice upgrade. Simple and fast return with easy guidance to United check in.

Car was satisfactory for our purpose, but I waited an hour at first counter and another half hour at second counter to get car...outside mirrors had a bad film on the that could not be cleaned off...it was hard to see through them. Passenger seat could not be adjusted... and when I brought it to return desks attention no one even apologized.

The lineup wait time was almost an hour. The fellow at the counter was good and didn't waste time with up charges once we had clarified what we wanted.

I booked to pick up at Hnl airport come to find out they sent my reservation to another pick Up location without telling me I lost my reservation because I couldn’t get to the new pickup location and lost money due to it not being refundable. Terrible will never use them again

Easy pick up and drop off.. no lineups Will definitely rent from this location again 😊🌈
