Liked nothing. Customer service was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Rental car was nothing like I reserved 4 months prior but had a family vacation the next day so nothing I could do. Vehicle I did take smelled and was not cleaned on the outside and worse on the inside. Manager should not be associated w/ company. All around, the worst customer experience of my life. I will never use Enterprise nor Kayak again! Completely missed the mark here.

I booked a car rental for the Columbus Airport. When I arrived at the Enterprise desk, they told me my rental was across town. I asked for help to get across town or get the car to me (no longer an enterprise offering), but the desk clerk basically said "nope, you're on your own". Kayak also provided no additional help. I rented from Avis desk, don't know why I would use Kayak again

The tahoe we reserved was not available. The assistant manager Chris offered us a minivan for much less than the tahoe. It worked great for our trip.

They could have my car cleaned before I head to pick it up. They make me wait for 20 minutes until they cleaned inside and outside. At the end, they just perform a very quick and light clean on the outside and inside. A very bad impresión.

I did not rent the car from this location. Upon arrival, attendant required proof of own car insurance. I do not have own car or insurance, which is why I was renting the car. The alternative provided was $40/day for complete insurance from the location itself. I rent cars very often - this has never been a requirement before as my credit card offers great insurance coverage.

I had a quick pickup & dropoff. Staff was very helpful and pleasant

When i booked, the system did NOT inform me there was not a suitable car available. I arrived to pickup the vehicle and only then was told there was no availability. The staff was prompt/helpful with securing another vehicle from another location and providing transportation.

They gave me a great car and it took maybe 3 minutes to pick up. Friendly staff great service great vehicle.

I called to change my reservation to pick it up about 7 hours before I originally wanted to and was told there would be no issue. I talked to 3 customer service people who were clueless and basically said I couldn't, or said the price would be totally different, before being connected to the guy behind the desk at the location I was picking up at. This guy understood what I wanted, made the change and charged me less than the others said I'd be paying! Train your customer service people to match your front desk people and you'll be much better off.

Avis had no cars available. The reservation I made through Kayak was considered a request only. I was called one hour before the scheduled pick up time and the Avis car rental person notified me they had nothing to rent to me. I was left stranded. Thanks Avis and Kayak! #winning

I selected this particular Avis location to rent from because Kayak indicated that the truck I wanted was at that location...but when I got to the office the next day to pick it up, they said that they don't have any trucks! They put me into an SUV which turned out to be big enough for my needs but could have been a disaster.

Parking in lot is terrible. They share a lot with a car dealer and there is barely enough room to drive through lot. Almost zero parking when we picked up. Car was not clean - both inside and outside, but we were stuck with the choice. Soon as I drove off the lot, the sensor said there was a flat tire. Sure enough the rear driver tire had a nail in it! Again, we had to have the car and returning it wasn't really an option. Tire Discounters fixed for free. When we returned, it was two hours after they were said to be open, but I still had to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up and unlock the place. When checking out, the guy just printed out the bill and gave it to me without going over it. I stayed until he did. I also tried calling customer service while waiting and the automated answering wasn't helpful at all. All in all, the customer service is not good and I've had better, cleaner rental vehicles elsewhere.

The car was not cleaned on the inside or outside. The customer service representative just pointed the direction to look for the vehicle at pick up.

Never rent from these clowns! The description says CMH but they’re not at the airport - far from it. Waste of time, money and energy. Pay the extra $5 and get a real rental company!

When I got to the location I was set to pick up at I was told my only option for a car was a pick up truck. I was renting a car that would be gas friendly for my little road trip. Luckily the clerk was able to get me to another location who was able to help me. Upon waiting for my car another person walked in who had made a reservation online and was told they didn’t have a car for her. Just seemed very unorganized.

Hood of car was left open , had to pull over on high way to close it so it wouldnt cause me to crash . Filled the tank to full and they still charged me for gas smh . But other then that the car was fine

Can’t remember a time when i was treated so poorly, so unprofessionally. Though i had confirmed reservations , there were no cars available when i arrived. The agent at the counter would not even make eye contact, just continually repeated they had no cars. They made no attempt to notify me of the situation nor explain situation. I will not use Budget, or Kayak again.

"Upgraded" to a full sized suv from a mid size bc they didn't have what I booked. I clocked 3200+ miles and cost me an extra $189.05 in fuel. How is that my fault... poor customer service. Weren't will to listen to my concerns.
