Alamo did great. The airport signage could have been better on the train platform in terminal 3 to find the rental car area and why the soooooo long route back to the rental car return? Who designed that route!

Great staff, no wait time, upgraded from a sedan to an SUV for no extra price. There is a huge difference in price from picking a car up at the airports or picking it up at eg. 555 Bell road. (3 times more money). We were fortunate enough to get a car for 1/3 the price. Kayak and Enterprise did a good job.

I forgot to mention to the rep that the wiper blades didn’t work properly. The seat also didn’t have an adjustment to raise it . ( which would have made the driving more comfortable for me )

Very efficient process to pick up the car. I was given a very comfortable SUV at a fair price. No complaints whatsoever.

Be sure to figure out exactly how much renting a car will cost you. With taxes and fees, I was quoted price X. The Price I ended up paying Avis was 2.2X, despite returning the car in less hours than expected ,and full of gas...

They did not have the Camry I booked, so they gave me a Cadillac instead. Pick-up and drop-off was easy.

Counter clerk in Tuscan is SUPER !!! Don't remember her name, it was over a week ago. She was very nice, professional and pleasant even with 3 other customers in the store. She was very happy, pleasant and moved us through the process effectively. The store in Olympia was well run also. After 3 days of driving all I wanted was to get home. The guys were doing a good job .

It was good except for the fact that I had no idea that managers special also could mean an electric car. When I called a rep before pick up she said it could be a small, mid or full size vehicle. Driving across Arizona in an electric car I had no knowledge of driving was not comfortable for me. So I had to pay $15 plus fees & taxes to get a gas powered car. That part was very disappointing to me. I will be sharing that with friends so they’re aware. Otherwise, the car was clean and comfy and the staff were courteous.

The service was smooth and easy, at both pick-up and drop-off. They upgraded me to a standard since they lacked a mid-sized, but the gas cost was still manageable. The only issue was the lack of a mapping software, meaning we had to travel with our own Garmin system. Using my phone would incur roaming charges.

The A/C didn't seem to be cooling enough even do had it on high

It was awful. I had told the representative a few times that I had lost my card during my accident and that I needed a replacement car and he assured me that I could use my digital card in order to rent a car only to find out that there was no way for me to do so! So I spent more than two hours on the phone and made a paid reservation only to find out it wasn’t doable. I don’t know who was to blame but it was an awful experience.

Car was defective when I picked it up - bad brakes. Confirmed by the mechanic that Roadside Assistance sent me to. Then I was charged a service fee to use Roadside Assistance. It was negligent for Hertz to even release the car to me.

The auto I expected was not available so I was given a "similar" vehicle rather than one that would have been more comfortable.

They took care of me when their competitor dropped the ball. Was skeptical at first as O had never used Sixt. They are now my go to rental company. Top notch

We booked a car through your website from Sixt but it was booked with Priceline. We will never book with them again and that said if you continue to use this company we will never book through Kayak again. Your website directed us to Priceline who quoted us for car hire with Sixt and an insurance package at $88. The total package of car hire and insurance was appealing to us so we clicked book but got conformation back to say we had successfully booked car hire but that the insurance package at $88 was not available. This wasn't acceptable to us as we were booking a package that included insurance. We contacted Sixt and Priceline but were told if we cancelled there would be a $100 cancellation fee. Long story short we were unable to cancel so had to go ahead with the booking. When we arrived at the Sixt rental desk at Phoenix airport we were charged $280 for insurance which is substantially more than Priceline had quoted. This is an absolute scam by Priceline and on further research of this company the same thing has happened to lots of other people. We won't be back as customers unfortunately.

Line up at the airport was not good at all. Also once we finally got served, as we waited for our vehicle ( again in a long line ) it became apparent that when you gave a sneaky tip that you got serviced much faster. Poor service at pick up. But the car and value for Money was good.

Arrived at PHX airport to pick up a rental, for which I had a reservation. Huge lines were waiting for me and I didn’t even get half way through the line in 30 min of waiting. Some of the employees started making announcements that they weren’t taking walk-ins anymore and only those with reservations would be provided a vehicle. No one moved from the line. About 10 min. later, a frustrated customer left the desk and started telling the others waiting in line that she had been waiting for a rental car since yesterday evening and was told again today that there weren’t enough rental cars currently available and that it may be 10:00 PM before they have time to clean the vehicles returned today. Horrible inventory management, only 4 employees working the counter during the peak time of the day, poor customer service. I was only renting a car for five hours of the day, so I decided to skip the rental and take an Uber. Didn’t get my money back even though I wasn’t provided with a service/product. Definitely will not use Thrifty again.
