Literally 40 customers in line with 3 reps to help Lady told me she waited 50 minutes in line Not acceptable to me, booked a car with a competitor
We reserved a premium SUV WELL IN ADVANCE. Budget did not have a vehicle in our class. They tried to downgrade us to a smaller SUV or a pickup truck, both impractical and did not have the space we needed. We had to fight in order to get an SUV one size up. The agent did not listen to us and was not polite or easy to work with, and we had to keep arguing why what he was offering did not meet our needs. It was a very unpleasant experience and started off our vacation poorly. Will never again rent from Budget.
The pick up process took nearly an hour of waiting in line.
Long, long wait at check-in, approximately 45 minutes. Air conditioning did not work (in Phoenix)
The lines at the pick-up facility in PHX were very long. Took an hour to see an agent. More staff was brought in to assist which made the lines move faster. Once in the garage there was another line to be assigned a car, another 30 minutes. Staff in garage was obviously working as fast as they could and overwhelmed. I ordered a standard car the attendant offered a small Honda and said that was a standard option. When I mentioned the car was to be similar to a VW Pasat she said that was, She was done with me at that point and said I could "Just wait in line again for another car option". I was then offered approached by another staff member and was offered a truck and was taken to one that already had a guest in it. I was then taken to another section of the garage and choose a Volvo. I felt sorry for the attendants as they trying their best with a crazy busy situation.
Long wait when picking up , everything else was fine.
We had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise . This includes both picking up and dropping off ! Jocelyn and Bennett were informative , prompt and efficient in getting us through the process . Its people like them that are a key to Nationals success ! Keep up the good work and customers will choose National !
The professionals at this enterprise were amazing. They were incredibly professional, kind, and offered many ideas for things to do in Phoenix.
Staff at pickup and drop off were friendly, easy going and helpful. Answered any questions I had and called a cab for us to return us to the airport.
Drop off was so quick and easy. Car was great. Actually, first car had a scratch and it was very easily swapped. Nice experience.
They did not have the Camry I booked, so they gave me a Cadillac instead. Pick-up and drop-off was easy.

Plan on waiting up to an hour to get car after you check in to the Avis counter at Sky Harbor Airport. The rental car companies need to find a better way to bring up cars to customers.
The woman at the front desk was incompetent. It took me an hour to get my car
The pickup was atrocious. I was in line for almost an hour and a half.
I like when I signed for the vehicle I wanted, I only had to go to the slot of where the vehicle was parked, it was very easy and simple to be able to find the vehicle and just drive out, rather than just to line up again to wait until an attendant gets the vehicle for you after lining up to sign for the vehicle, which was approximately 35 mins wait.
Line to pick up the car was awful. Pricing is outrageous with all of you guys these days . .
