Car ran..that was good. 26,000 miles is a lot for a rental car. Everything else was terrible. Dark garage where you pick up the car... could not see much. Arrived at hotel to see at least 6 areas that were deeply scratched or dented. This car should never have been rented out. Called Avis number....18 minutes on hold to be told this was a customer service issue...call next day. 35 minutes on hold and asked for a call back. They recorded the dents/scratches and gave me a website to download photos. Did not work. I am on vacation wasting a lot of time. Took the car to a local Avis dealer. Would not exchange cars because of appearance, but did record damages in my contract. We will see. Also, charge on contract not the Kyack/Priceline number...$300 more!! Contacted Priceline and they said not to worry. We will also see. Way too much time spent, distractions and it is not over yet. What an absolutely terrible experience. Buyer beware!!
