we asked for a toyota camry specifically online, also not being able to talk to someone was bad, the whole car renting proceedure needed to have a phone conversation so we do not get any dissappointing surprises when we come to pick up the car, so we will not be using budget again. we were told to accept an equivalent, a gmc terrain, which we did not like. ie. the push button shift, the rotating dial 4 x 4 control knob, the car didn't handle well compared to a camry, the head lite control was hard to figure out and the whole button pushing sequence was confusing, there is way to many keystrokes involved in just driving the car, also we wanted the camry for comfort and gas mileage, the gmc had very little passing power especially uphill, it handled horible and it's gas mileage was not what we expected, it is not the car we wanted to rent!! The woman at the office in yuma was polite as she had no control over the type of car we were supposed to get, so this needs to be fixed at the management level. We definately will go to other rental car companies in the future, you have lost a customer by not delivering what we ordered.
