Cheap Car Rentals in El Rancho Vista Estates, Palm Springs

I haven’t received my receipt for the return yet. I returned the car yesterday and they promised to email my receipt. None received as yet???

The whole process was simple and the service was perfect!!

Experience was mostly good. But there is no way to follow up with the local desk and the text they send saying to text back if you need anything doesn’t appear to be monitored which defeats the point. Left a jacket at the service desk and wasn’t able to ever contact them to let them know prior to us returning the vehicle a weak later. Glad we didn’t need anything else.

We are being charged 500 dollars for road hazard damage to windshield of the rental car. We paid extra per day and was told it was an insurance that took care of the little things that could go wrong. I asked if that was like road hazards and he said yes. When we turned the car in we told them about the dings on the windshield and that they caused by a passing semi truck,,,,,,road hazard. We were told not to worry that it was road hazard and we wouldn’t be charged for it. Then we get charged!!!!

Very helpful, fast and friendly.

Vehicle was dirty and was charged too much for upgrade to Corolla. Agent was rude and it was my birthday.

Quick, painless, and complete! All of the parts of reserving, picking up, were as easy and wonderful as the 15-person van itself!
