Cheap Car Rentals in North Camellia Acres / Camellia Gardens, Norfolk from ₹ 420

The first car had bald tires that we weren’t comfortable driving on. We had already waited in line 25 minutes to get this car. Went back to tell them and was sent back upstairs into the airport to switch cars at the counter there. Attempted to tell them we were sent back in and they just basically ignored us. I finally stood in front of women at the counter as I wasn’t going to stand in line for 25 minutes again because they gave me a car that was unsafe to drive. While I stood there the two women talked poorly about another customer that had just left counter. Found that experience to be completely unprofessional. I won’t rent from them again.

When I arrived, they no longer had the car I had rented available, I was told you need to "upgrade" to one available for an additional $40 per day. NO OTHER OPTIONS!!! I went next both over to Avis, and rented from them (cost me $8 more for the entire weekend) and left 20 minutes later. The only other person in the Budget line, also rented from else where. Would highly not recomend the Budget in Norfolk. When I flew out and walked past there line was again empty.

The Subaru that I rented needs an alignment. It was somewhat hard to drive. The attendant at the Norfolk airport was not friendly at all and could tell she was not happy with her job. Customer service is everything.

Terrible handling of one way drop-off. Misleading booking led to much higher charge for drop off at intended destination at the airport.

Ordered a large SUV but actually got a large station wagon with limited back seating for 3 people.

Not a whole lot, the whole experience was pretty quick and efficient. I'd definitely use them again.
